“The Fordland R-III School District is seeking a dedicated and innovative educator to join our team in our Early Childhood teaching position for the 2026-2027 school year.”  

 

Fordland Preschool is dedicated to nurturing young children. We serve three to five-year-olds and their families. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with preschool children and a strong knowledge of and commitment to the constructivist educational approach. Candidates should have excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues. They need to effectively collaborate with team members, show a willingness to grow and learn professionally and perform duties as assigned by the director.  Relationships, relevance, and student success is the key focus of Fordland R-3 School District. Applicants must possess appropriate Missouri DESE certification (Early Childhood, B-3).
